PREAMBLE: My name is David Rodriguez. I ask that every Democratic Leader please read this in its entirety. Others who are concerned about our last election should as well. Yes its somewhat lengthy but I've spent a great deal of time on it and it covers several key issues. (If you really want, you can jump past this Preamble to Chapter One. You can always come back afterwards.) While I make no claims to be any kind of election expert, it doesn't require being a genius to identify anomalies leading up to and after the 2024 Election that raise concerns. I've maintained a strong interest in this issue since the election because I feel it's my civic responsibility to do what I can to help protect our Democratic Republic from the threat it is facing. Sadly after the Election, many Democratic AND especially Republican politicians seemed to fall into a self resignation of sorts. While some do appear to be snapping out of it, others better not wait much longer because it may soon be too late to save our country! I also don't like seeing even a few friends support someone who is taking them for a ride into a world of lies and eventual Fascism. (With my final edits, I must also applaud the amazing outcomes across the country with the 'No Kings' protests as the American People stand up!)
This isn't a short document so don't expect a quick read. After you finish, you should recognize that the 2024 Election was in all probability 'rigged' right under everyone's nose. Without having access to more information, I've done the best I can to make a strong case for this agreeably difficult to swallow prospect. In some ways this exposé may be a work in progress so I may make minor edits, or even corrections if need be. And if new information surfaces, I may add to this after publication (I'll add new items in green). That or I will create new Posts, depending on the depth of the material and how it fits in. That is, until Democratic Leaders take this matter seriously and do their own investigation, which hopefully won't be long! I've separated this piece into 'Chapters' just to make it easier to follow and digest, as Blogger doesn't offer Page Numbers in their formatting. I can only hope the contents of this document will be worthy in helping to expose some of the shenanigans that I believe took place in our Election. What is raised in the following chapters should at a minimum cause serious concerns about our Elections.
Since the 2020 Election, Democrats have been battling false claims by extremists supporting the Trump Campaign and Trump himself, as well as foreign actors with their own agendas, that the 2020 Election was itself Rigged. Of course they made the same baseless claims about the 2016 election. Maybe they were rigged on some level, but not in the way those interests claimed, and every single Trump campaign claim of vote rigging or machine tampering by Dems either lost in Court or was never otherwise proven. Then you have the myriad of baseless lawsuits and fraud by pro Trump people, such as the illegal 'Alternate Electors' schemes, which were proven. Not to mention, Trump's wanting to 'find 11,780 Votes' from the Secretary of State in Georgia. Each demonstrates their willingness to cheat at whatever degree they felt necessary. And that duplicity should demonstrate that evidence of even larger scale cheating can't simply be ignored! In as much, the everyday Trump Supporters were also completely fooled by their own leadership, and by foreign actors who used bots & trolls to regularly create and push false narratives against or about Democrats. All the evil stories they were fed, were specifically designed to quench their appetites for juicy scandals, just to get the most gullible to support Trump. Sadly many Trumpers also pushed the lies wherever they could, often without proof. Pizzagate would be a perfect example, just to drive up hate against Dems. They shouldn't be too proud of themselves for knowingly pushing such lies!
Despite all the false claims of fraud in the 2020 election, Democrats carried out what they saw as an honorable campaign leading up to the 2024 Election. To even assure Voters in their repeated 'mantras' that 'Our Elections Are Secure!' Unfortunately this very act of Pride in Our Country's Elections, may have been Democrats own undoing in 2024. Trump most likely didn't win in 2024 and there was no Mandate as he would claim. He more than likely LOST the Election in very large numbers!
I don't have all the answers, but the confidence by Democrats, to reassure the public of our 'Safe Elections' during the four years leading up to the 2024 Election, was an open door to be completely exploited. Unscrupulous individuals who were intent on Trump winning at any cost, took full advantage of Dems oblivious endorsement of what was likely a fraudulent election. What better atmosphere to cheat in, then to have the opposing Party be your biggest advocate that things were secure! Well, cheating was easy because nobody bothered to scrutinize where it was taking place. Who was guarding the travel of all our ballots in the mail? Democrats weren't watching for vulnerabilities, because they were too busy applauding our Election Security! Oh sure there was probably oversight here and there, but Democrats spent so much energy assuring the public that our 'Elections Were Secure', they simply weren't paying attention to where it was needed.
Well our Election wasn't secure! And regarding all the analysts (including Democrats) who've since concluded that Democrat voters must have stayed home in 2024, and that more people simply wanted Trump, well they are simply broadcasting the fruits of successfully rigged election data. If the judgements within this document is correct, they missed two very important factors. One that many millions of ballots never reached their respective elections offices to be counted, and Secondly, that vast amounts of Registered Voter data is missing. If so, it has completely skewed all the data and election results since. Of course nobody wants to ever veer into 'Conspiracy Theory' terrain or consider that someone cheated, right? Especially after so proudly hailing that "Our Elections Are Secure"! Well, maybe Democrats should have sucked in their pride just a little! In fact, if it is eventually proven there was cheating, I believe it will show that Democrats were on track all along in having a very strong win! And if you consider how Trump and his top supporters regularly 'project' or 'telegraph' what they themselves are up to, then don't ignore all the times they said that our 2020 Elections were rigged, because that was just one more indicator of what was to come in 2024. Heck the tactic probably even has a name. And what better way to take the focus off one's own cheating in an election, then to simultaneously claim the other side was doing it? Heck they probably even knew that Democrats could be counted on to rally that our Elections were Secure throughout the process. What better environment to cheat in? The only people to rig any election were Team Trump.
I realize Democrats have a lot on their table, but claims of Election Fraud in 2024 are not just some conspiracy theory from people who don't know any better. Democrats need to come to terms asap with the prospect of election rigging having taken place, because election history (and lots of other US history) is being falsely rewritten as we speak! Democratic Leaders need to start paying just a little attention to the various people who are trying to bring attention to the probable fraud, because we all are all running out of time. Bottom line, its a load of crap that Trump won, and Kamala Harris & Tim Walz should be in Office right now!
As you read this document, recognize the importance of 'Registered Voters' vs 'Eligible Voters'. Most know this reference has vastly different meaning, problem is, the former was hardly mentioned in the months following this Election! The latter only distinguishes those old enough or otherwise qualified to Vote, and is far different from being 'Registered' to Vote. Most Post-Election Analyses has largely been using 'Eligible Voters' as the measure against how many people voted, because that became the only measure available. With the public no longer being informed of just how many 'New Registered Voters' there really were, I believe this made it easy for ballots to disappear or not be counted. 'Eligible Voters' was the main talking point after the Elections, of which, there were about 245 Million 'Eligible Voters' in 2024. Of this there is no dispute from me anyhow. But comparing this number to the number that was 'officially' recorded as having Voted, well it kind of diminished just how many voters there actually were, or whose ballots were never counted! And now, I believe a smaller than actual number has been unknowingly plugged into official 'Total Registered Columns', resulting in a successful bait and switch with our National election. I don't say this without having some basis of proof either.
Being 'Eligible' of course doesn't mean being 'Registered' or even planning to vote. The use of 'Total Registered Voters' was a common reference leading up to this last election, and all elections before, but once this Election passed, 'Total Registered Voters' became difficult to find in news stories or Election Data, and was replaced with 'Eligible Voters'! WHY? Even the Census Bureau did not appear to include an accurate total until late May 2025. Again WHY? It is not something that was a big secret or an unknown, when those national numbers were in fact known 'before' the Election. Knowing the Total Registered Voters in an election is also very important in that it provides a clearer picture of voter enthusiasm. For reasons that aren't entirely clear, a major source for National Election Data covered in the paragraphs to follow, stopped providing Total Registered Voter numbers in their Tables and only recently (May 25th) reintroduced it, as did the US Census Bureau. Their stated reason ("being a more consistent measure" shown in a below exhibit) for not listing it all along, doesn't make complete sense to me.
Even more important, if the following news reports based on pre election data are accurate, many Millions of Ballots seem to have vanished in the 2024 Election, which would have skewed the vote counts in many states. Was the 2024 Presidential, and even some Congressional Elections, Rigged? I believe so. Since late November, I tried everything I could to convince numerous Democratic Members of Congress & other Leaders, of things that just didn't add up. Well they put their hands over their eyes & ears, and just didn't want to hear that our Elections could have possibly been compromised. Even my local Members of Congress did not want to listen no matter how many times I tried. Never once asking me to meet with them to explain my concerns or to even respond to specific issues raised. Others across the country also attempted to raise concerns about different methods of vote rigging. They had equal luck getting Democrat Lawmakers to listen. Something seems broken. Oddly of the three Members of Congress in my town, not one had an open unlocked office door as they used to, nor did they respond to material I ended up having to slip under their doors. Will these Democrats now please let go of their stubborn pride and give ample time to this and other's theories? Or will they remain stubborn in thinking that our Elections were secure, and then walk face first into the next rigged election only to lose again? Everyone please do what you can to convince Members of Congress to consider that the last Election was likely Rigged! Because otherwise, history will show that the Democratic Party didn't even bother to consider it, and even allowed it to happen again.
Democrats can't risk this and other scenarios being true without examining it further. Every claim of Fraud in the last Election must be investigated with an open mind! What is to follow doesn't rule out other methods of vote rigging either, and may even support their existence because such a scheme would entail massive coordination to be successful. Some of these civilian investigators have also put thousands of hours into their research. These different groups and individuals deserve more media attention too. Bottom line is, we each need to be listened to! Likely significant crime(s) did indeed occur in our last Election, ones that have been covered up on a grand scale. Crimes that not only indicate a 'major' Constitutional Crisis occurred, but also provides a solid case for somehow even reversing the Election. While such a method isn't specifically addressed in the Constitution, solving such issues are what Congress is there for. The word Impeachment comes to mind. That is, if enough Republicans still have the integrity to act honorably if they understand they didn't actually win.
For every election as far as I can remember, the public is given a good idea of how many New Voter Registrations there were for that cycle. Except for 'after' Nov 2024, this number was no longer as important to chronicle. Why?
